Biography

Published more than 122 SCI papers with total citation times of 12800 and H-index of 56 (Google scholar on Feb.12, 2023). 28 of the published papers are highly cited in Web of Science and 38 papers have been cited over 100 times. Among them, 58 papers were published as the first author or corresponding author in Science Advances, Joule, Energy & Environmental Science, Journal of the American Chemical Society, ACS Central Science, Angewandte Chemie International Edition, Advanced Materials, Advanced Energy Materials, Advanced Functional Materials, ACS Nano, Nano Energy, and et al.

Research Interests

Professor Zhang's research interest focuses on the development of single-atom catalysts with the particular configuration for sustainable energy conversion, including photocatalysis, electrocatalysis, and thermal catalysis. His research also extends to the operando investigation for monitoring the structural evolution of the reactive centers, as well as the mutual interaction between the reactive center and reactant in the catalytic process.
